Work Begins on Career & Technical Education State Plan
The New Hampshire Department of Education is hosting regional listening sessions around the state to collect public input on the state plan development process occurring as a result of the passage of the Federal Perkins V: Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act. Each session will be co- hosted by a local school district or community organization at regional locations including White Mountains Regional High School

WMRHS 2019 ProStart State Champions
On March 11, 2019 nine students from WMRHS traveled to Manchester, NH to compete in the NH ProStart state competition. ProStart is a nationwide, two-year program for high school students that develops the best and brightest talent into tomorrow’s industry leaders. From culinary techniques to management skills, ProStart’s industry-driven curriculum provides real-world educational opportunities, builds practical skills, and provides a foundation that will last a lifetime.

WMRHS Army JROTC Cadets Compete in National Academic & Leadership Challenge
Junior ROTC Cadets from the White Mountains Regional High School Academic and Leadership teams recently competed in round one of competitive online play against thousands of JROTC students from across the world to win a place in the championship and an opportunity to win a trip to Washington, DC. During the competition, students are tested on standard high school curriculum; Math, Science, English, and leadership skills. Only 40 teams in the nation will advance to the finals.
